About the Role :

Work 1 : 1 with a KS2 child with ASD in a client school based in Mytholmroyd.

Full time position, intended on leading to a permanent role.

Foster a safe and inclusive learning environment for the child.

Collaborate with teachers and parents to ensure a holistic approach to the child's needs.

Contribute to the child's development and progress.

You'll be Ideal if You Have :

A minimum of 1 years' experience working with children with ASD in an educational setting.

An understanding of autism spectrum disorder and associated behaviours.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and de-escalation skills.

A calm, patient, and positive approach.

The ability to build rapport and trust with children.

A commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
