Job Description
Our client are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sous Chef to be part of our BOH team. The successful candidate will implement our menu, ensuring efficient Kitchen management while delivering high standards of quality and service. Someone with Middle Eastern food experience would be ideal but we are open to others as well.
Responsibilities :
- Food Preparation - Prepare a variety of Lebanese recipes, ensuring their high quality and authenticity.
- Food Quality - Maintain high food quality and presentation standards to meet customer expectations.
- Kitchen Operations - Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring food safety and hygiene protocols are strictly upheld.
- Inventory Control - Oversee inventory, order ingredients, and minimize food wastage.
