Machine Operator

We have an open position for an operator for the Socket line working rotating shifts (Week 1 : 06 : 00 – 16 : 00 Monday-Thursday, Week 2 : 16 : 00-00 : 30 Monday-Thursday & 14 : 00 – 19 : 00 Friday) in Southend, Essex.

You may be required to work other shift patterns.

Key Responsibilities :

• To manually & automatically assemble products and Identify improvements
• Feed components and replenish materials for assembly / packing processes
• Carry out activities in line with Company procedures and process standard work
• Ensure efficient running of Assembly equipment
• Participate in improvement teams and initiatives
• Actively support waste reduction initiatives
