What you’ll be doing:

• Advising customers on the full range of mortgage and protection products
• Generating new business opportunities in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Coaching and supporting estate agency colleagues to boost performance
• Playing a key role in branch meetings and contributing to team success

What we’re looking for:

• CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified with proven experience
• Skilled at generating new business and building strong client relationships
• Exceptional customer care with the ability to deliver tailored solutions
• Resilient, positive, organised, and detail-focused
• IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
• Full UK driving licence and your own vehicle
