The Finance Business Partner will support senior stakeholders across the organization, acting as a trusted advisor to enhance commercial performance. This highly visible position involves providing insights, challenging assumptions, and shaping financial strategies. Responsibilities include supporting budgeting, forecasting, scenario modeling, and delivering analysis to facilitate data-driven decisions. The role requires confidence to challenge and influence outcomes collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to provide financial insights and strategic challenges
• Conduct monthly performance analysis, forecasts, and scenario modeling
• Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements, cost reductions, and sustainable growth
• Support annual budgeting and re-forecasting processes with commercial input
• Align financial planning with business objectives through cross-functional collaboration
• Assist in investment appraisals and business case development
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities

Candidate Profile

Ideal candidates are qualified accountants (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent) or those with strong business partnering experience and commercial acumen in complex environments. You should have proven relationship-building skills with non-finance teams, analytical mindset, and confidence to challenge thinking. Proficiency with large data sets, Excel, and financial modeling is essential; experience with Power BI or similar visualization tools is advantageous.
