Roles & Responsibilities

Support learning - Help deliver lessons and assist students in understanding and completing work.

Aid individual and group progress - Provide targeted help to students with varying abilities and needs.

Maintain a positive classroom environment - Promote good behaviour, safety, and engagement.

Assist the teacher - Prepare materials, organise activities, and support classroom management.
