Residential Support Worker – Children’s Residential Home (EBD)

📍 Herne Bay, Kent | 💰 Up to £13.50 per hour + £50 per sleep-in | Permanent

We are seeking Residential Support Workers to join a children’s residential home in Herne Bay, supporting young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD). This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a caring nature and resilience to help shape brighter futures for vulnerable children.

The Role :

• Provide consistent day-to-day care and support to children and young people with EBD.
• Promote independence, life skills, and positive routines.
• Work as part of a dedicated team delivering trauma-informed, child-centred care.
• Support with education, activities, and personal development.
• Take part in rota shifts including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.
