We are currently seeking reliable and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work in a range of supportive schools across Hull . These temporary roles offer both full-time and flexible working options , making them ideal for individuals looking for consistent work or adaptable schedules within education.

Key Responsibilities

Provide 1 : 1 and small group support to pupils across different year groups

Assist teachers with classroom activities and lesson preparation

Encourage positive behaviour, engagement, and confidence in learning

Support pupils with varying abilities to access the curriculum

Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment

Work collaboratively with teaching staff and wider school teams

The Ideal Candidate

We welcome applications from individuals who :

Have experience working with children or young people (preferred but not essential)

Are patient, adaptable, and supportive in their approach

Communicate clearly and work effectively as part of a team

Are reliable, professional, and enthusiastic about education

No formal Teaching Assistant qualification is required — training and ongoing support will be provided.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
