SALARY : £40,000 to £55,000 per annum + Benefits (includes Private Healthcare)

JOB OVERVIEW

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Solicitor to join an established and expanding legal team delivering high-quality company and commercial legal advice.

As a Solicitor you will manage a varied caseload of non-contentious matters, supporting businesses with commercial contracts, corporate governance and transactional work. You will work closely with clients, building trusted relationships and providing practical legal solutions.

Working as a Solicitor within the firm you will get the chance to develop expertise across company law, commercial contracts and employment advisory matters, within a supportive and collaborative office-based environment.

DUTIES

• Providing Legal Advice : Advising clients on company and commercial law matters
• Drafting Documentation : Preparing and reviewing commercial contracts and legal agreements
• Corporate Governance Support : Advising on governance frameworks and compliance requirements

Transaction Assistance : Supporting business transactions and corporate matters
