Job Description

• Oversee and manage all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals.
• Monitor cash flow, optimize financial resources, and manage risk effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support decision-making processes.
• Lead and mentor the accounting and finance team to ensure high performance.
• Drive cost management initiatives and identify opportunities for financial improvement.
• Provide insights and recommendations to the management for strategic planning.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head - Finance & Accounts should have :

• Professional qualifications in finance or accounting, such as CA, CPA, or an equivalent degree.
• Extensive experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector, preferably within the glass industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, compliance, and accounting principles.
• Proven expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and cost management.
• Leadership and team management experience to guide the finance team effectively.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to support business decisions.
