Job Title: Regional Sales Manager Location: Norfolk, Suffolk & Essex Company: Stow Healthcare Reporting to: Head of Sales & Marketing Role Overview The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving occupancy, revenue growth and sales excellence across Stow Healthcare’s existing portfolio of homes in Norfolk, Suffolk and Essex. Acting as a senior commercial leader, the role will support and develop Home Managers and Sales teams, ensuring consistent delivery of a high-quality, relationship-led sales experience aligned with Stow Healthcare’s values and brand. This is a hands-on role, balancing strategic oversight with operational involvement, coaching teams to maximise enquiry conversion while building strong referral networks across the region.
