The Job Role :
Competently dismantle and reassemble damaged vehicles to an exceptionally highstandard,
Responsible for strip and fitment of all mechanical, electrical and trim components,
Must have the ability to do mechanical repairs – aircon, radiators, suspension, etc.
Be comfortable working on a wide range of vehicles (we repair all makes / models ofcars, vans, HGV’s, prestige vehicles, classic cars, etc.),
Have the ability to work to a job card within the estimated time frame,
Photograph & record each stage of your repair process,
Perform road tests (where required),
Work must be carried out to BS1015 accreditation.
Experience and skills to include :
Must be able to prioritise your work in a fast-paced environment and manage a highworkload,
Follow correct repair methods,
Reliable & self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude,
Exceptional attention to detail,
Qualifications such as ATA / IMI / NVQ / VCQ would be an advantage. However, we really love speaking to any applicants who have a wealth of experience within the Motor Industry. We will provide company-funded training to the successful candidate, if required.
The package :
Basic salary will depend on experience. There is an uncapped bonus system enabling OTE of up to £70,000
45 hours per week
Monday – Friday (no weekends or compulsory overtime)
