Chef de Partie Luxury Hotel near Newbury

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Chef de Partie to join the brigade, delivering amazing quality dishes using the best fresh produce.

4 on / 3 off working pattern

Our client is a luxury hotel in West Berkshire with a collection of beautiful rooms and suites, multiple food and beverage outlets and a spa.

The Person

The ideal Chef de Partie will have the following :

A strong track record working as a Chef de Partie, Senior Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef in a high-quality fresh food setting

Experience of working with fresh produce and a passion for the best locally sourced ingredients

Ability to run a section and mentor junior team members

Bags of positivity and a real passion for fresh ingredients

Due to the rural location, having your own reliable transport is essential.
