The Role :

Managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales / purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity

Delivering high-quality client care with proactive communication and efficient handling of matters

Supervising and mentoring junior staff where required

Assisting with business development and networking activities to strengthen the firm's reputation

Supporting colleagues during busy periods or absences

Ensuring compliance with firm procedures, risk management, and regulatory standards

About You :

Qualified solicitor, licensed conveyancer, CILEx, or experienced conveyancer with relevant expertise

Confident in managing a full caseload of residential property matters

IT proficient, with experience using case management systems and digital workflows

Strong communicator with excel...
