Job Title : Community & Engagement Manager – Micro-Communities

Location : Some hybrid working - 3 days in office, 2 days work from home (flexibility may be required)

Salary : £35,000–£40,000 per annum (DOE), plus great benefits

Hours : 9am–5pm, Monday–Friday

About the Role

Our client a leading not-for-profit organisation, is looking for a passionate Community & Engagement Manager to lead the growth and development of their member-led micro-communities. These communities online and in-person connect members around shared interests, identities, and themes. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a proven track record in community building and volunteer engagement to make a real impact.

Working closely with the global community team, you will :

• Launch, grow, and sustain 20+ micro-communities across membership networks
• Support, coach, and develop micro-community leaders to ensure vibrant, inclusive spaces
• Manage online engagement, moderate discussions, and oversee community platforms
• Use data to inform decisions, improve engagement, and measure community success
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align community activities with strategic priorities
