Your mission

As our new Ad Creative Video Editor , your mission is to transform raw footage, ideas, and scripts into high-performing, story-driven ad creatives .

You’ll take strategy and turn it into emotionally engaging videos with powerful hooks, smooth storytelling, and smart pacing that keeps viewers watching — and converts.

You’ll collaborate closely with our creative strategists, graphic designers, and performance marketers to produce videos that don’t just look cinematic — they deliver measurable results .

Your profile

✅ Proven experience as a video editor (mid-level or senior), ideally in a performance-focused agency or fast-paced creative team

✅ Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut , plus experience with Runway, Gemini, or other AI-based tools

✅ Strong understanding of UGC-style ads , direct response storytelling , and  platform-specific formats for Meta & TikTok

✅ Skilled in building hooks, retention structures , and using  motion graphics to enhance performance

✅ Able to  translate briefs into impactful video concepts with clear messaging and measurable goals

✅  Detail-oriented, fast, and reliable — you thrive under tight deadlines and take ownership of your work

✅ You love  collaboration and constructive feedback to keep improving every edit

✅  Fluent in German & English

✨ Bonus points for :

Experience with sound design, color grading , or advanced motion graphics

Involvement in creative direction for UGC shoots or influencer content

Knowledge of social media trends and emerging ad styles
