Rural Asset Management Officer, NATIONAL TRUST
The National Trust is seeking a Rural Asset Management Officer to join one of our let estate teams. You will provide project coordination to buildings projects and reliable technical support services to the team. You will help navigate our administrative systems and processes and support continuous improvement of ways of working.
Your contractual location will be Manor Farm Barns, Hughenden. There is an expectation to attend the office, but there is flexibility on where you are based at other times. You will be required to work at a National Trust location for 40-60% of your working week; this will be discussed at interview.
What It’s Like To Work Here
You’ll work within a team of building and estate management professionals to enable high quality estate management across our Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire portfolios. The management of tenancies, assets and relationships with tenants is essential to the delivery of our conservation work, and this role plays a key part in this.
What You'll Be Doing
You’ll provide key support for our let estate team, including :
You’ll work with rural, buildings and lettings professionals to deliver core objectives and project work across our let land and property. You’ll be the go-to person to manage administrative systems and processes, including :
You’ll be involved in supporting the delivery of buildings projects, ensuring relevant paperwork is in place, governance best practice is followed, and coordinating internal teams. You’ll contribute to continuous improvement projects with other Rural Asset Management Officers.
Based at Manor Farm Barns Hughenden, you will support facilities management of the complex of converted farm buildings and work alongside our EMO and building supervisor to look after tenants and facilities.
