Primary School Cover Supervisor

Location : Stone, ST15

Contract Type : Full-time, Permanent

Pay rate : £100-£150 per day

Start Date : ASAP

Role Overview :

Teaching Personnel is looking for a Cover Supervisor to support a welcoming Catholic primary school in ST15. This role is ideal for someone confident in managing a classroom, delivering pre-planned lessons, and maintaining a positive learning environment. You will play a key role in ensuring continuity of learning when teachers are absent.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Deliver pre-set lessons and manage classroom behaviour effectively.
  • Support pupils' learning in line with the school’s Catholic ethos.
  • Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff to ensure high-quality education.

Ideal Candidate :

  • Experience working with children in a primary school setting.
  • Confident in managing a classroom independently.
  • Understanding of or respect for Catholic values and practices.
  • Strong communication, adaptability, and leadership skills.
