The role itself : You will be working 1 : 1 with a specific pupil, assisting in classrooms and providing interventions for a specific pupil while de-escalating stressful situations to help the teacher conduct lessons successfully. You must have : Effective behaviour management skills Strong adaptability   Great communication skills to be able to cater to the specific child and communicate.  A strong passion for learning and showing creativity and helping others. Patience, Resilience and ReliabilityStrong interpersonal skills to cater to the specific needs of the pupil.Be able to provide 2 solid references covering years’ experience.Hold a DBS registered on the update service or must be able to arrange one.Must have previous experience working within education or with SEN or a similar environment.ABC Teachers is committed to safeguarding children, young people, and vulnerable adults.
