Job summary
We are recruiting for a Nurse Team Manager - Harlow Haemodialysis who shares our vision to be trusted to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients.
You are expected to be an experienced renal trained nurse, working in partnership with the Matron as an integral part of the Nurse Management team, promoting the principle of cross sites. You will be accountable for the line management of nursing staff demonstrating clinical and managerial leadership, enabling the units to provide the highest standards of care and minimising any risks to service users.

Main duties of the job
Act as a role model to all staff and to be able to be visible in the department. Maintain a high visible presence in department area.
The direct line management of the department staff including grow together, up to date with policies and procedures, rosters, recruitment andselection and supervision of pre and post registration students.
Participate in service planning taking into account corporate, departmentand professional objectives within a clinical governance framework.
You will be responsible for the implementation of measurable accountable modelsworking to sustain high standards of safe patient care and clinicaloutcomes.
Responsible and accountable for the management of all nursingpersonnel issues in a timely manner in accordance with Trust policies.
Responsible for proposing and implementing department policies thatunderpin the continuous improvement of patient care and services.
