Our client are currently looking for a Contracts Manager to join their team in Luton, supporting strategically important and high-value contracts for UK Government and Export customers. You'll work within a multi-functional Integrated Project Team (IPT), providing expert commercial and contractual guidance across the full contract lifecycle-from bid development to contract execution and management.

What you'll do

Lead the drafting, negotiation, and administration of complex contracts and terms & conditions.

Collaborate with Procurement to ensure appropriate contractual flow-down to subcontractors.

Prepare and review key agreements including NDAs, Software Licensing Agreements, and MoUs.

Provide contract management support including change control, performance monitoring, and risk mitigation.

Develop accurate and compliant pricing strategies aligned with customer requirements and internal cost estimates.

Represent the Contracts function in customer and supplier meetings.

Prepare proposals and internal documentation to support bid approvals.
