Job description

Are you a Managing Quantity Surveyor looking for your next role? Or are you a Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for a step up?

Your OTE could be up to £75k with car allowance and bonus and plenty of progression into more senior roles.

Key aspects of the role :

Manage three offices within the Responsive Repairs side of the business.

Oversee subcontractors and manage any disputes.

Preparing CVRs and valuations to monitor the performance of contracts.

Maintain and lead a Surveying team within the responsive repairs business arm.

Mentor trainee and graduate quantity surveyor to high standards.

What you'll need : Essential :

Experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor at a minimum.

Repairs / Maintenance sector knowledge in lieu of Retrofit / Refurbishment

Experience working with Subcontractors
