Recruitment Resourcer | 12-Month FTC | Hybrid – Torfaen | £28,000–£30,000 + Benefits Hoop Professional Services & HR are thrilled to be working exclusively on a Recruitment Resourcer position on a 12-month fixed-term contract for a growing, purpose-led organisation. This is an exciting time to join a team going through growth and development, offering hybrid and flexible working arrangements in Torfaen. Key Responsibilities: Support the Recruitment Partner with day-to-day recruitment tasks. Act as a first point of contact for candidates, helping ensure a smooth process. Assist hiring managers during shortlisting and selection. Maintain accurate recruitment records and data. Manage queries and correspondence in the recruitment inbox. Work closely with the People Team to support onboarding and compliance. Help coordinate documentation for new starters and meet key deadlines. To be successful in this role you’ll be organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Strong communication skills are essential, as you’ll be liaising with candidates, hiring managers, and the People Team. Previous recruitment experience is beneficial, but enthusiasm, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset are imperative.
