Chef de Partie - Luxury hotel - Live in Available

We are currently looking for a Chef de Partie to join a Luxury 4 red Star Hotel located in the heart of the Lake District The successful Chef De Partie will have a passion for creating exciting textures and flavours and have a flare for detail. Joining an established head chef and team you will work alongside the kitchen brigade producing 2AA rosette level food.

The Perks

The Chef de Partie will receive :

Basic annual salary of £34,000 upwards
Tip between £250-£500 a month on top of basic
Pension
Onsite parking
Meals on Duty
Live in available from £72 a week

Our client is a boutique hotel and restaurant in the heart of the Lake District

The Hotel is a charming country retreat with just over 20 bedrooms and an award-winning restaurant in Ambleside

The Person

The Chef de Partie will have :

Experience as a Chef de Partie in a similar style venue

Ideally from a rosette background (2 AA rosette)

Confidence to run a section and help with other duties, mentoring junior chefs in their tasks

Be a great communicator with a dynamic approach
