This is an exciting opportunity to advance your career working with corporate clients from banking, law, and technology sectors, alongside a multi-disciplinary team of psychologists, physiotherapists, GPs, nurses, and wellbeing specialists.As an OHP with us, you will be the designated HCA Healthcare UK partner for our corporate clients, working directly with their employees and HR teams to embed HCA's occupational health services. You will provide expert guidance, advice, and support, ensuring employees have seamless access to our full suite of healthcare services and that the client experience is consistent and effective.Our organisation is renowned for delivering world-class corporate healthcare, with specialist knowledge and expertise across occupational health. In this role, you will:Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for client organisations and their HR teamsEmbed HCA Healthcare UK's occupational health services within client organisationsProvide guidance on employee health, workplace adjustments, and absence managementSupport client engagement through meetings, consultations, and presentations to ensure the service is delivered effectivelyKey Responsibilities:Occupational health case management, triage, and absence reviewsClinical consultations including initial appointments (60 mins) and follow-ups (30 mins)Peer review, audit, and quality assuranceAdministration, documentation, and client reportingCollaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure holistic employee supportThis role offers a varied and dynamic schedule, balancing clinical care, client engagement, and professional development.
