Role Overview
Deliver personalised and engaging lessons to pupils with SEMH needs
Use trauma-informed, attachment-aware approaches in the classroom
Build positive, trusting relationships and provide consistent emotional support
Work collaboratively with support staff and school leaders
Create a safe, stable and predictable environment to help pupils regulate and succeedWe’re Looking For
QTS (essential)
Experience working in SEMH, PRU or trauma-informed settings (desirable)
A nurturing, patient and reflective teaching style
Strong communication and behaviour-regulation skills
