As a Store Team Member, you’ll be the first smiling face our customers see, providing outstanding service and assistance to find bargains. You will help maintain store standards and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere and a prompt, enjoyable shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service, assist with product queries, and maintain a welcoming store environment.
- Support fellow team members across the store, including putting out stock, ensuring products are available and presentable, and maintaining cleanliness and tidiness.
- Operate tills, handle cash transactions, and ensure shelves are stocked and rotated. Work across areas such as Café / Bakery or garden centres as needed.
Experience & Skills
Experience of cash handling and working in a retail environment.Experience of manual handling and stock replenishment.Hardworking and reliable; polite and professional.Benefits & Terms
£12.21 per hour (18-20), £12.50 per hour (21+).
