Job description2 years minimum relevant experience working for a regional or national developer, main contractor or a related consultancy Demonstrable track record in residential development A working knowledge of houses and apartment construction, building regs, NHBC requirements etc Ability to drive a consultant team to achieve the deadlines required whilst not compromising on quality Knowledge of AutoCAD would be beneficial Good Technical knowledge of house construction Previous experience as a Technical Coordinator or similar role with a residential developer Good knowledge of the NHBC and Building Regulations A keen willingness to learn and retain information Demons...
Role : Technical Coordinator
- Reporting to : Senior Technical Manager
- Salary : £50,000 to £60,000 per annum, plus car or car allowance and annual bonus
- Working for : Multiple award-winning developer with a 5
- customer HBF rating
- Excellent pipeline of work
- Development location : South Wales (multiple sites)
- Working arrangements : Flexible working on offer between home, office and sites across South Wales
