Dufrain is a pure‑play data consultancy specialising in helping businesses unlock the value of their data by providing market-leading data solutions and services. We focus on AI readiness, data literacy and culture, real-time reporting, and managing data from mergers and acquisitions. Our partnerships are an integral part of our accelerated growth strategy, and we seek an experienced Partner Sales Growth Leader to align our services with partners and grow the business in line with their annual growth objectives. The role will also have team development responsibilities for our Partner Growth Leads.

This role involves building tactical, strategic, and meaningful relationships with Sales, Consulting, and Partner organisations to generate partner-centric opportunities with both new and existing clients. It also entails building, developing, and motivating a team, including objective and KPI setting and coaching. We are seeking a builder with the drive to accelerate our channel strategy.

Responsibilities

Business Development & Market Growth

  • Drive joint business plans with partners, holding each party accountable for their commitments
  • Work with Marketing to launch partner-centric solutions and build brand visibility with existing and new customers
  • Align with consulting and vertical teams to support demand generation
  • Co-create impactful outbound and account-based campaigns
  • Engage internal stakeholders to support pipeline strategies
  • Ensure partner-facing materials clearly differentiate our offerings
  • Build and grow your network within the partner ecosystem

Relationship Development

  • Build strong, trusted relationships with partner account teams and solution leads
  • Foster peer-to-peer connections across internal leadership
  • Network with ISVs and other partners to grow community, market intelligence, and referrals
  • Represent the company at trade shows, partner events, and industry forums
  • Strengthen relationships with internal Subject Matter Experts and Practice Leaders
  • Own and drive partner NPS performance
  • Demand Conversion

  • Deliver against pipeline and revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with field sales teams
  • Lead partner-centric pursuits, managing all internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with partners, clients, and internal teams throughout the negotiation process
  • Act as SME in broader transformation initiatives led by growth leaders
  • Work closely with the CGO and CFO to shape pricing strategy
  • About You

    You will have senior level experience in enterprise partner sales and development, with a proven track record of leading a team and generating revenue through strategic partnerships. As a high performing leader, you will have a strong understanding of partner ecosystems, be highly organised, and maintain a strong network and reputation in the market with trusted, long-term relationships with partners.

    Specific must haves for this role :

  • Strong background in Partner business operating in the data, analytics and business intelligence arena
  • Good understanding of data transformation and the business and technology landscape challenges that lead to it
  • Experience of working with and leveraging Partner Funding
  • Experience with Data Solution partnerships (e.g., AWS, Microsoft, Google product sets) or ISV partnerships (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, MongoDB)
  • Ability to manage change with ease with a growth mindset
  • People management and the ability to drive performance
