Location : HMP Pentonville (N7)

Salary : £36,595.10 with an additional 5% salary in recognition of shift and weekend working.

(total package worth : £38,424.85 per annum)

Contract : Full Time - Perm (39hrs per week)

We are seeking a dedicated Mechanical Engineer to join our team at HMP Pentonville, a category B male prison.

We are a Ministry of Justice business providing critical services to HMPPS. We seek a Mechanical Engineer with :

• Two years' experience as a plumber or equivalent
• Knowledge of Water Supply Regulation and Legionella L8 requirements
• Experience with commercial or industrial heating and water systems
• Understanding of health and safety requirements
• Qualifications : C&G 6035, C&G 6189, NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing or equivalent
• Good Health & Safety knowledge
• Organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
