EMEA Benefits Specialist
As a benefits specialist at Blue Yonder you'll be part of a team looking after associate benefits in 15 countries across EMEA. As an important member of the team responsibilities will include :
We are ideally looking for someone with previous experience working in employee benefits and with vendors / brokers
The ideal candidate would have EMEA wide experience, however we would consider candidates with a strong background in UK or German benefits.
You will need to be curious, pro-active and be able to give examples of when you have had to problem solve and evidence of end to end benefits projects.
Experience of workday HR would be a benefit, but not essential
Ability to manipulate data in excel, with a strong level of understanding
Vendor and renewal management would be a distinct advantage
German language skills would be an asset in this role.
