The ideal candidate is enthusiastic; with a wanting to learn, a passion for customer engagement and satisfaction. In a small but busy country pub the candidate will manage the flow of the restaurant, the kitchen and the bar simultaneously making sure everyone is happy.

Located in North West Leicestershire; a food led business with a small kitchen that cooks food to order.

In leu of the manager, you will be tasked with opening and closing the business, managing the front of house team. Basic IT skills are needed, typing the menus, replying to emails, creating social media posts, cashing up on excel, answering and call back on the phone. Often busy lunch, evening, and weekend services with a large beer garden during the summer months.

48 hours per week with 2 days off a week (one being a Monday) with your birthday, Bank holiday Mondays, Christmas Day, and Boxing Day off too. • Help maintain the 5-star cleanliness standards expected of environmental health and our own high standards, like the line clean once a week and a basic knowledge on allergens.
• Ideal candidate will be flexible, need to work lunches, evenings and weekends whether managing the shift, being on the bar or serving on the floor.
• Help maintain, rotate, and order stock to ensure nothing is wasted and nothing is forgotten.
• Maintain the standards of highly praised staff, team train new staff and solidate the current staff helping them progress and grow with the business as it requires whilst keeping up a great morale.
• Become a face of the business to the lunch time regulars, the bar drinkers, and the first-time visitors.
• Be able to deal and communicate with complaints, helping resolve the issue with as little grievance.
