Job descriptionDiagnose and manage patient conditions in line with best practice guidelines. Prescribe medications and treatments as appropriate. Lead and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings. Provide education and support to patients and their families.

Qualifications :
- Full registration with the General Medical Council (GMC).
- Specialist training and accreditation (for consultants).
- Experience in a primary or secondary care setting.
