The Opportunity :
ASC's Data Management team has overall responsibility for maintaining the integrity and accuracy of client and target data records in the Firm's primary CRM system. The Data Management Analyst role is a critical position in allowing the Firm to fully exploit the data assets that it holds both for risk mitigation and business development purposes.
Key responsibilities of the role include :
- Researching relevant information sources and databases to identify legal company names, company structures and legal status and amend records where necessary.
- Monitoring company and person information to ensure it flows between the Firm's primary systems.
- Liaising with Conflict / Risk Assessment analysts in relation to information coming in through the New Business Intake process.
- Ensuring Audit letter and report requests are completed accurately and within service level agreements.
- Analysing information to identify any potential data risks and escalate where necessary.
This is a full-time, permanent role based in our Glasgow office with hybrid working.
