Forklift Driver Counterbalance

We are looking for reliable and motivated Counterbalance (CB) Drivers to join our growing warehouse team at a modern distribution centre in Lutterworth (LE17). This is a long-term opportunity with the potential to secure a permanent contract for the right candidate.

As a CB Driver, you will operate counterbalance trucks to safely load, unload, and move stock around the warehouse. You will also support general warehouse tasks, such as picking, packing, and assisting with goods in and out, helping to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a counterbalance truck to move goods around the warehouse

Load and unload vehicles efficiently

Assist with picking, packing, and stock handling

Carry out quality checks and ensure items are correctly labelled

Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area

Work effectively with your team to meet daily targets

Requirements

Valid Counterbalance (CB) licence

external and up to date (essential)

Previous warehouse, FLT, or CB driving experience preferred

Good communication and teamwork skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail

Reliable transport to travel to Lutterworth (LE17)

Commitment to full-time, long-term work

What We Offer

£13.40 per hour basic rate / £15 per day shift allowance

Overtime paid at 1.5x

Monday to Friday shifts

PM shift Monday to Thursday 14 : 00- 22 : 30 , Friday 12 : 00-20 : 30
