A superb opportunity has arisen for an experienced surveyor to manage the maintenance, compliance and minor project work across this company’s Midlands portfolio. This is a remote role (home-based) where you’ll visit various sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance, compliance and minor project work across the Midlands portfolio.
• Visit sites to check the condition of properties and identify both planned maintenance needs and reactive issues.
• Build strong relationships with site teams and coordinate across multiple locations.
• Ensure estate-wide compliance and organise projects as required.
• Deliver project work via JCT contracts : write specifications, tender to contractors and ensure quality of work.
