What You’ll Do

  • Design the Growth Playbook : Build and execute the full‑funnel growth roadmap — acquisition, activation, retention, expansion.
  • Own Demand Generation : Scale paid channels (search, social, display), SEO, content, and partnerships to drive traffic + conversions.
  • Go Big on PLG : Partner with Product to craft self‑serve onboarding flows, viral referral loops, and in‑app upsell journeys.
  • Get Analytical : Track CAC, LTV, MRR, funnels; run A / B tests; experiment relentlessly to find the levers that matter.
  • Build & Lead the Team : Hire and mentor growth marketers, paid media experts, content pros, and partnership managers as we scale.

What You Bring

  • Growth or marketing leadership at a SaaS company, ideally with product‑led growth at scale.
  • Proven track record driving demand gen + PLG pipelines from mid‑market to enterprise.
  • Hands‑on expertise in SEO, paid media, content, partnerships, and growth analytics.
  • A love for data‑driven experiments and fast iteration.
  • Curiosity and interest in AI + automation tools shaping the next wave of GTM strategies.
