Children's Residential Support Worker – Tiptree, Essex

£30,499 - £32,980 per annum • 3 x 15-hour shifts per week (7:30am - 10:30pm)

Are you passionate about making a real and lasting difference in the lives of children and young people? We're looking for dedicated and resilient Children's Residential Support Worker to join our caring and committed team at a children's residential home in Tiptree, Essex.

Rota

• 3 x 15-hour shifts per week
• Shift time: 7:30am - 10:30pm
• Stable and consistent rota pattern for a great work-life balance

Key Responsibilities

• Building positive relationships and acting as a trusted adult for young people
• Supporting children with daily routines, activities, and emotional wellbeing
• Promoting independence, life skills, and positive behaviour
• Recording accurate logs, reports, and contributing to care planning
• Collaborating with your team and professionals to ensure high-quality care

What We're Looking For

• Experience working with children or young people (residential experience desirable)
• Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards it)
• Compassionate, reliable, and confident in challenging situations
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organisational skills
• Full UK Driving Licence (preferred)
