German Speaking Travel Consultant homebased

German Speaking Travel Consultant - A well respected and established travel company based in the Northwest of England are looking for a German Speaking Travel Consultant to join their expanding team. As a German Speaking Travel Consultant, you will be joining the sales and service team to respond to incoming enquiries from German & English based customers, offering guidance and support with new and existing Worldwide travel bookings . This role offers a basic salary of £26,500 plus bonus up to £900 per month and will be working Mon-Fri 9am-5.30pm . This can be fully homebased or if you are looking for an office or hybrid role and live in the Greater Manchester area this is another option available.

German Speaking Travel Consultant - Responsibilities :

• Responsible for dealing with incoming calls and emails from German & English customers offering advice on Worldwide travel products and will include both new reservations and assisting with existing booking queries.
• Resolve issues in a customer friendly, calm, and effective manner.
• Build and maintain knowledge of the products and destinations.
• Work to company customer service levels.
