JOB PURPOSE
This is a fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave, expected to last approximately 12-15 months.
Provide general support to the Rail team in delivering an efficient and optimised service to the business. Maintaining records of Network Rail fleet assets in-line with company policies, developing and producing weekly management and contract reports.

Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience
- Mathematics GCSE (or equivalent)
- English GCSE (or equivalent)
- Experience in Excel and Microsoft Access
- Prior experience in an administrative role
- Proficient IT skills
Technical Skills
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Work, PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to analyse numerical data and produce clear reports.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office

Additional Information
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- Update FAMS to close scheduled maintenance work-orders, including the electronic attachment of completed and certified maintenance documentations
- Management of rotating assets through FAMS
- Creating unscheduled maintenance Work-Orders in FAMS and subsequently closing out with electronic attachment of completed and certified maintenance documentations.
- Creating work arising Work-Orders in BPM.
- Maintaining a register of unscheduled faults to capture a brief synopsis and repairs hours consumed.
- Monitoring of outstanding work orders.
- Compile monthly parts usage Commercial application reports
- Capture daily work return data for weekly submission
- Transact usage reports within ERP systems
- Compile monthly entity in charge of maintenance packs
- Transact general customer sales orders within ERP
- Liaise with 3rd party contractors within the Maintenance department.
- Prepare requisitions, arrange purchase order numbers and expedite purchase orders, while updating end users on delivery dates
- Assist with building and recharging of contract charges, bulletins and quotes
- Ensure all policies and procedures are kept up to date and work with the Quality Manager and within Q-Pulse.
- Assist other BPM administrators with fleet requirements at times of high output
