Maintenance Manager

Job Role : Maintenance / Production Manager (Mon-Fri)

Basic Starting Salary : £52 000 Per Year

Location : Barnsley, South Yorkshire

Working Hours : Monday-Friday | Afternoons | 2pm-10pm

The Role

Reporting on strategic and day to day operational issues in the factory. You will be managing a team of staff and working within a very modern state of the art manufacturing facility.

The Maintenance Manager Responsibilities

Management of staff, engineers, operators etc

Staff disciplinaries and mentoring

Safe systems of work

Succession planning within the department

Maintain staff training records and a good level of housekeeping

Day to day management to ensure production targets are met

Material stock rotation in line with best working practices

Co-ordination of the manufacturing process

Day to day machine breakdown resolutions.

Maintaining plant maintenance records.

Annual budget preparation including analysis of past and present performance data.

Weekly KPI reports.
