Cover Supervisor, ACADEMICS

Overview

Cover Supervisor - Colchester. Academics is excited to be working with local secondary schools across Colchester that are looking for Cover Supervisors to join their team. This Cover Supervisor role can be full-time or part-time with the potential to become permanent. The successful applicant will work across both Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4), and may also help students preparing for their GCSEs.

Location : Colchester. Start Date : April 2025. Salary : £100 - £130 per day. Contract Type : Long Term / Temp / Day to Day. Our staff can choose to be paid on a PAYE or umbrella basis.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision of classes in the absence of the regular teacher.
• Work across KS3 and KS4 and assist students preparing for GCSEs as needed.
• Demonstrate effective classroom management to create a positive learning environment.
