Our client is an established charity in the Swindon area. They are passionate and highly commercial charity retailer with a real entrepreneurial flair to what they do and the proposition they offer.
The are now seeking a commercial customer and people focused Retail Leader to join the business as an Area Manager for an initial interim period for 3 months. The role could be extended and has the potential to go permanent.
The Role :
- You will be responsible for supporting an area of Charity Stores and helping them to achieve their commercial targets.
- Ensuring Stores are profitable and striving to deliver the best return on each individual site.
- Support Stores with a handson approach not scared to roll your sleeves up and support stores with refits troubleshooting and new store openings.
- Making sure all Stores are compliant and following all industry regulations / guidelines.
- Helping your area store teams with innovative new ways to grow the business and develop their propositions.
