Responsibilities

• End-to-End Caseload Management : Take ownership of a diverse residential caseload, including freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity—from instruction through post-completion.
• Exceptional Client Service : Serve as the main point of contact for clients, estate agents, lenders, and other parties. Communicate clearly, proactively, and empathetically to ensure a smooth process for all involved.
• Applying Your Legal Expertise : Conduct due diligence, interpret search results, flag potential risks, and provide expert, practical advice. Drafting and reviewing legal documents with precision and efficiency.
• Proactive Problem Solving : Identify and resolve complex legal issues with sound judgment and commercial awareness.
• Ensuring Compliance : Maintain compliance with SRA regulations, CQS standards, and internal procedures.
• Mastering Time Management : Manage workload, prioritise tasks, and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Tech Savvy : Utilise the firm’s modern case management system and other software to efficiently manage cases and communicate effectively.
