We are seeking a Data Science Manager to lead the development and deployment of advanced analytics and AI / ML solutions. This role involves applying data science techniques to deliver actionable insights and build scalable data products.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement AI / ML and Generative AI models for predictive analytics and marketing applications.
Explore solutions using LLMs, embeddings, and RAG pipelines.
Collaborate with data engineers on data quality, feature engineering, and pipeline optimization.
Translate business needs into analytical solutions and communicate findings effectively.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.

5+ years of experience in data science and machine learning.

Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and open‑source tools.

Experience with Generative AI frameworks and production‑ready model deployment.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., BigQuery, Azure, GCS) and containerization (Docker).

Knowledge of predictive modeling and handling unstructured data.

Preferred

Experience with consumer goods or marketing analytics.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
