ICT Technician

About the Role

Were looking for a proactive ICT Technician to provide highquality technical support across our family of primary schools. Youll be the first point of contact for ICT queries maintaining systems resolving issues supporting users managing devices and helping ensure smooth ICT operations across the Trust.

This role involves travelling between school sites each week so a driving licence and vehicle are essential.

What Were Looking For

• IT qualification strong MS Office skills
• Experience in an ICT support role
• Ability to troubleshoot and manage a helpdesk function
• Excellent communication organisation and customer service
• Understanding of safeguarding data protection and ICT security
• Desirable: experience in education or with SIMS / school MIS systems
