About the Role

As a Supply Teacher, your responsibilities will vary depending on the specific assignment but will typically include :

• Delivering pre-planned lessons effectively and engagingly across a range of subjects and key stages (KS3, KS4, and potentially KS5).
• Managing classroom behaviour effectively and creating a positive and productive learning environment.
• Adapting to the routines and policies of different schools.
• Providing feedback to the regular class teacher on student progress and behaviour.
• Supervising students during lessons, break times, and other school activities.
• Maintaining a professional and positive attitude at all times.
• Being flexible and adaptable to different school environments and student needs.
