Overview

Teaching Assistant - Complex Needs Provision. The Park Academies Trust is seeking exceptional and motivated Teaching Assistants to work in our new Complex Needs Unit. Location : across 3 schools within the Swindon area. Salary range : Trust grade 1-7 (£24,311 - £25,600 FTE) depending on experience. Hours : Full time and Part time hours available, Monday - Friday (Term time only). Start date : ASAP. Closing date : 3 October 2025. We will review applications as they come in. The Role

Teaching Assistants in this role will work closely with and report to the complex needs provision leadership team. The role of the TA is to support the teacher, individuals and groups of children from primary to secondary across the curriculum within the unit, as directed by the teacher. The teachers will provide all the necessary planning. This post involves work which can be of a highly confidential nature. Please see Job Description below for full details.
