We’re seeking SEN Teaching Assistants who are passionate about helping children with additional needs succeed in education and beyond.
The role :
Working 1 : 1 or in small groups with children who need extra support
Helping to create an inclusive and positive learning environment
Supporting emotional and social development as well as academic learning
Collaborating with teachers, parents, and specialists to provide the best support
The ideal candidate will have :
Experience working with children or young people (education setting not essential)
Empathy, patience, and resilience
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new strategies
A background in psychology, social care, youth work, or related fields (desirable but not essential)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
