The Practice :

The London team handles matters across the full spectrum of UK, EU, and other non-U.S. competition and antitrust law, including :

• Merger control : advising on UK, EU, and multi-jurisdictional merger filings, coordinating with regulators worldwide.
• Cartel investigations : defending clients in complex cartel and anti-competitive conduct investigations before the CMA, European Commission, and other global authorities.
